Starter
vs Main Course
Hello
Everyone, I hope you all are doing great
So guys
today I came up with an interesting topic Starter vs Main Course, hahaha don’t
worry I’m not talking about the food .
We all
love workout isn’t it but what exercises exactly do you love Starters or Main
course, let’s elaborate more into that , starters referred to as isolation
exercises which targets only one specific muscles and joints like bicep curls ,
single leg deadlift , front squat , leg press , inc db fly etc etc. , some people
are the type or group of people who prefer more heavy starters rather than
heavy main course.
Now let’s
talk about main course that means compound exercises like deadlift squats which
is great for overall muscle developments, strength and sizes which basically
provides good foundations for training , Engaging multiple muscle groups at once allows
you to maximize the weight you’re lifting and results in faster progression.
So it’s
quite clear that for a strong foundation we all need better strength in compound
exercises then we can move to isolation exercises because there you just train
one specific muscle group at one particular time but in compound exercises you
can train multiple muscle group at once.
We have
to understand one thing that eating more starters or hitting more isolation
exercises does not give you strength it will just give you satisfaction that
you are hitting heavy weights but at the end of the day you are just eating
starters nothing else but when you are hitting more weighted/heavy compound
exercises you are building strength, you are building your muscles , size of
your muscle gets inc. , it improves intramuscular coordination, it elevates the
heart rate, it is a form of dynamic flexibility , it improves movement
efficiency and I can give you countless benefits of compound exercises over
isolation .
Always
remember Starters are good for mesmerizing taste but for fulfilling your daily
body requirements you have to take good main course
Hit more
Compound Exercise rather than Isolation.
