Disordered Eating , A Range of abnormal eating Behaviour
Currently we all have a busy lifestyle , Hectic daily schedule , All day and night completely stressed out job , So because of all these lots of people are facing the problem of "Disordered Eating ".
But Wait a minute , Disordered Eating is a problem ?
The answer is yes , Disordered Eating or (DE) is a complicated , multi-faceted problem, , Causes might be Social or Familial
Why we use the term Disordered Eating nor Eating Disorder 🤔??????
There's no rocket science behind this , A person's behaviour are complex , There's no single cause of DE , The term Eating Disorder sounds like Pathology or Clinical Dysfunction ,a kind of disorder you have
Conversely Disordered Eating Is a set of behaviour that you do & Can be changed .
So What is Disordered Eating ?
• Any type of eating that regularly doesn't match physiological Needs , Either you eat much or you eat less , eating Behaviour that harm Proper Physical , Psychological & Interpersonal Functioning , Which cause both distress & are trying to relieve distress.
So lots of science I already talked about but who are the people suffering from Disordered Eating?
Those persons who already made or restrict their mind-set , like suppose if someone wants to loose their body fat or someone with their weight loss journey
They make up their mind like
"I shouldn't Eat that"
"I can't Have that"
"I don't Eat that"
You don't have to make your mind like this , you can eat every penny of pie , every slice of pizza , every spoon of Nutella , You have the right to eat man 😄 , But yeah All you've to add one thing In your mind
The word " In Control "
You've to control excess eating , In control if you take anything then you'll get the best out of it.
Control is the key player .
Your mind will force you regularly and it keeps telling you that don't Control anything , Just eat whatever you want and there's no limit but you have to tell your mind that I will eat everything but "in control".
On a serious note Disordered Eating behaviour can cause some serious issues to your body like you're at the greater risk of Obesity & Eating Disorder , Gastrointestinal Disturbances , Electrolyte & Fluid imbalances , Anxiety , depression , Self judgement and etc .
Now why I add Self Judgement in a serious cause , Because it's one of the most dangerous social Problem , Underestimating ourself Always thinking in mind like " Everyone else seems fine , What's wrong with me " or " I'm the only one who's ugly here "
Apart from self judgement these Disordered eaters are so much in the influence of Others judgement .
So now you know what a disturbed eating habit can do your body ,to your lifestyle , to your mind-set .
So stop adapting this Disordered Eating & Make your lifestyle healthy & amazing
