3+3 body transformation plan is a mixed plan of  3 days Weight Training & 3 days Bodyweight Training on alternate days .
It is a close comparison of interval training .

You'll alternate bursts of intense activity with periods of no- or Low-intense activity.
One of the most important benefits of mixing bodyweight training along with weight training in alternate period of time is it's ability to improve your cardiovascular endurance & muscle strength all at once.
