Compound Exercises

This is Shashank Gupta from Fitbyhit, guys today we are going to talk about how compound exercise add value to your workout routine.


I’ve been into fitness industry since last 6 years and I have switched multiple gyms in this particular time , 60% of the crowd (considering male and female crowd both ) they hit Compound Exercises but still 40% doesn’t hit any compound movement . 

For example if they’re hitting back then they’ll skip Deadlift , During shoulders they’ll skip Military Press, During legs they’ll directly start with Leg Press Machine and they skip Squats so majorly they skip all the compound exercises due to some kind of fear for injury or you can say lack of knowledge about the form or lack of guidance.


There has to be lot of reasons to avoid such exercise but we have to understand the importance of these movements,because these exercises are the main core exercises that will lead to stronger foundation 


Skipping Compound Exercises is just like skipping main course every time and adjusting with starters only, which is good but for a short period of a time because as soon as the time passes without having any strong foundation you’ll see lack of results which will leads to demotivation , because you feel like everyday you’re trying but still results are slow but real issue is that you’re avoiding compound movements ( such movements which will lead the foundation of strong muscular strength ).

When you hit Compound Exercise you train two muscles at the same time which is better than isolation exercise where you hit specific part of muscle , compound exercises build the base of your strength routine ,It increases & Fasten Caloric Burn ,it increases dynamic stability 


Stop avoiding Compound movements & Have better Stability
